PROJECTS
User Interface App Design
LOCATION
Khoubar, Saudi Arabia
Overview
Goal: To enhance the user experience by lowering customer friction in the login and registration process, ultimately driving higher engagement and sales.
Brand Identity: Developed the innovative "Lifeline Insurance" name and an elegant, simple logo to fit the healthcare context.
Core Features: Includes a bilingual interface (English/Arabic), digital insurance cards, transaction history, and instant support access.

Design Process
1. Empathize & Define
User Personas: Conducted online research to create provisional personas, such as "Kareem," who uses the app to check dental consultancy limits and manage claims.
Job Stories: Mapped user motivations, such as the need to quickly check covered benefits or access instant support when information is inaccessible.
2. Research & Usability Testing
Guerilla Testing: Performed usability testing with active insurance card holders to observe how they navigate major health issues and doctor visits.
Task Analysis: Evaluated user success in walking through the app, handling rejected fees, and discovering features hidden on physical cards.
3. Ideation & Prototyping
User Flow: Designed a comprehensive flowchart covering the journey from the splash screen and language selection to specific dashboards for users and agents.
Hi-Fi Wireframes: Validated potential solutions through high-fidelity wireframes, mapping out simplified login and registration flows.
UI Design: Created a modern look and feel using Adobe XD, featuring both Light and Dark mode themes optimized for the iPhone 12 Pro.
Key Solutions
Single Sign-On (SSO): Highly recommended to avoid user confusion and streamline access.
Division of Roles: Tailored the experience with separate flows for customers (who can register) and agents (who receive pre-registered accounts).
Dynamic Landing Page: A personalized "Welcome Back" home screen displaying digital Platinum insurance cards and recent medical transactions.
